In this campaign I'm emphasizing that citizens come first. Yet, I have to face it: running for public office costs money. Everything from a simple business card to this website costs money.

I am asking for your vote and your financial support. Each $10 or $25 or more helps me get out my message that our quality of life is threatened by untamed growth, that our air, water and safety cannot be sacrificed to yet another large development.

Supporters want to display a yard sign for me, and each of those costs about $4.50. Even using the most efficient mail handling, each piece costs over 34 cents, and there are more than 34,000 registered voters in Ward 2.

It takes money to wage a successful campaign. Your donation of $25, $50 or $100 makes a big difference to this effort. Any amount helps, and every donation from people like you underscores the fact this is a grassroots campaign.
