Dear friends,

It was just months ago that you elected me as your City Councilman. In those months, I’ve tried to learn the ropes quickly while working to earn your trust and deliver for the citizens of Ward 2. It’s my goal to be responsive to your needs and to protect our neighborhoods and our quality of life.

I want to thank you all for your support during the last campaign and during the past months as your City Councilman.

I’ve been fortunate to meet many of you already, and I look forward to meeting more of my neighbors in Ward 2. We’ve discussed issues in individual neighborhoods and city-wide concerns. I’ve been impressed by the many residents who volunteer time and get involved to make our community better.

Now, because my last campaign was for a special election to fill a vacancy, I will be on your ballot again in the upcoming Las Vegas City elections. The primary election is scheduled for April 5th, 2005 followed by the general election on June 7th.
